Refund and Returns Policy
At CT Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training and development programs to our valued participants. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund of fees paid for our courses. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.
Refund Eligibility:
- Course Cancellation: If CT Academy cancels a training program, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
- Participant Cancellation: If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, the refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation date:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a nominal administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund will be provided.
Refund Process:
- Participants requesting a refund must submit a written request to our Accounts/Finance team via email at accounts@ctglobal.my.
- The refund request must include the participant's full name, course title, course date, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
Refund Payment:
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
- In cases where payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card account. Please allow for the standard processing time of the card issuer.
- If payment was made through bank transfer or other methods, participants will need to provide necessary details for the refund to be processed.
Non-Attendance:
- Participants who do not attend the course without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Course Rescheduling:
- Participants who wish to reschedule their enrollment for a different course date must do so within the parameters of the cancellation policy. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, participants may contact our Customer Support team to discuss possible exceptions to the refund policy.
Policy Updates:
- CT Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Participants will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of their cancellation or refund request.
